Nowadays, with the large number of MLM opportunities out there, alot of MLM training materials are being worked on as well. Think leverage. So you ask yourself, do you even need training? The answer is actually quite simple. If you’re not performing as what you think you can or should be, go get some training materials. And if after some training you still don’t have the results you desire, it’s time to source for materials of quality.
FYI, “warm” market refers to your family and friends. Frankly, once you run out, what other alternatives do you have? What we should be learning instead are real world marketing strategies that will bring in real sales. I cannot make it simpler enough. And to add to that, making a list of 100 – 200 people is as tedious as it gets. They might have been called many times before so the moment you start speaking will be the moment they hang up. Want targeted, hotter leads? Google AdWords. Using it has much higher chances of you actually reaching out to your market instead of treading on unknown ground.
Using advertising materials
Ask yourself, why are you in this industry? To make more money and more importantly, to make more time for your family, friends and yourself. If you use materials such as business cards, well it’s not wrong, but it is the internet age now. We have something called the internet. These advertising projects just take up time more, and in the end our main objective might not be achieved to begin with. We need to learn and take up good internet marketing tactics, and profits will start coming in soon!
With regards to closing deals, prospecting/closing is a very good reason as well to take up or invest in some training materials. The amount of knowledge you can gain is invaluable and there are many details to be covered. The people who train you might not be as well versed as you think they would be, so training is necessary. And no matter what, there is always room for improvement, no matter how good your tactics are, and same goes for the company’s tactics as well.
When talking to people, there are 3 scenarios. Yes, no and maybe. It’s always best to get the no’s out of the way, based on personal experience. The killers are the maybes. Sometimes trying to follow them up can be a real pain and very time consuming. The time used to follow up can be used for more productive things.
In Conclusion, In terms of closing and talking to people, training can massively boost sales. Be willing to learn, have the patience and ultimately success will be yours.
